30-DAY CHARM ATTACHMENT GUARANTEE:

Collective Charms guarantees that your charms will remain securely attached for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase under normal wear conditions.*

*No Misuse: This guarantee is applicable only if the jewelry has not been subjected to misuse, such as pulling, tugging, or any form of rough handling. We recommend treating your charms with care to ensure their longevity. To maintain the integrity of your jewelry, avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures, exposure to water, and do not wear while working out.

30-DAY TARNISH GUARANTEE FOR Gold Filled and Stainless Steel/18k Gold Plated Charms.

Recognizing the significance of preserving your jewelry's aesthetic appeal, Collective Charms offers a 30-day guarantee against tarnishing for Gold Filled and Stainless Steel/18k Gold Plated Charms.

Conditions for the 30-Day Tarnish Guarantee:

  • This guarantee does not cover tarnishing from harsh chemicals, perfumes, or moisture. To ensure charm longevity, avoid contact with these substances. Clean jewelry with a soft cloth to remove dirt and any other material on your charms.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue covered by our warranty, please email collectivecharmss@gmail.com within the specified warranty period. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We may request supporting documentation, such as images, videos, and other supporting documentation. 

  • Collective Charms reserves the right to assess each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Loss or theft of jewelry.
  • Damage resulting from improper care, misuse, or neglect.
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
